The staff was really sweet. The hotel was really close to one the JR stations and had restaurants and supermarkets around.

Staff s were extremely kind, helped us in many ways , As I was pure vegan, i did not like the breakfast provided

The fridge wasn't working. I told to the staff and they said it was working, but it wasn't. Also, the bathroom wasn't really clean, I found some stains.
